All payments made through any supported payment gateway, including but not limited to UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Crypto, BharatPe, PhonePe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other available payment methods, are generally non-refundable once added to your account balance or used to place an order.

2. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be completed due to a technical issue or service failure, the amount will be refunded to your SMMNOVA account balance. Direct refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are provided only at SMMNOVA's discretion.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction, contact our support team with proof of payment. After verification, the extra payment will be refunded or credited to your account.

4. Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including usernames, links, and quantities. Orders placed with incorrect information are not eligible for refunds.

5. Completed Orders

Successfully completed orders are not eligible for refunds.

6. Delayed Orders

Some services may take longer than expected. Delays do not qualify for a refund unless the order is confirmed to have failed.

7. Refill Services

Services that include a refill guarantee will receive refills according to the service description. Refunds are not available for refill-supported services.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute opened without contacting SMMNOVA Support may result in the permanent suspension of your account and all associated services.

9. Policy Updates

SMMNOVA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the latest version.
